Tamias striatus (Eastern American Chipmunk) is a species of rodents in the family Sciuridae. They are native to The Nearctic. They visit flowers of Arbor-vitae, Korean Pine, and pale touch-me-not. They are solitary, diurnal omnivores. Individuals can grow to 146.47 mm. They have parental care (female provides care).
