Impatiens pallida (Pale Touch Me Not) is a species of annual herb in the family Balsaminaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Canada, The Contiguous United States, North America, and Eastern North America. They have simple, broad leaves, yellow flowers, and loculicidal capsule fruit. Flowers are visited by Rhingia nasica, Helophilus latifrons, Common Eastern Bumblebee, and Spicebush swallowtail. Individuals can grow to 2.5 m.
