Desmodium canadense (Showy Ticktrefoil) is a species of perennial herb in the family legumes. They are native to Canada and The Contiguous United States. Flowers are visited by Holcopasites heliopsis, Cheilosia capillata, Common Eastern Bumblebee, and Sphecodes heraclei.
