Persicaria amphibia (Amphibious Bistort) is a species of perennial herb in the family Polygonaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to The Contiguous United States, Saint-Pierre Et Miquelon, South America, Alaska, North America, and Canada. They have simple, broad leaves, yellow flowers, and achenes. Flowers are visited by Buff-tailed bumblebee, Gastrophysa viridula, small white, and Black and Yellow Mud Dauber. Individuals can grow to 0.5 m.
