Malvaviscus arboreus (Wax Mallow) is a species of shrub in the family mallows. They are native to The Contiguous United States, Eastern North America, and South America. They have berries. Flowers are visited by Trigona spinipes, Cloudless Sulphur, Ruby-throated Hummingbird, and Spicebush swallowtail.
