Helicteres sacarolha is a species of woody plants in the family mallows. They are native to Bahia, Pantanal, Mato Grosso, Piauí, Distrito Federal, SãO Paulo, Rio De Janeiro, Mata Atlântica, GoiáS, Minas Gerais, Cerrado, Tocantins, Maranhao, Mato Grosso Do Sul, and Espirito Santo. They have loculicidal capsule fruit.
