Valeriana congesta congesta (Short Spur Seablush) is a subspecies of annual herb in the family Caprifoliaceae. They are native to The Contiguous United States and Canada. They have achenes. Flowers are visited by Prong-faced Slender-Mason, Perplexed Miner Bee, Transverse Flower Fly, and Ceratina micheneri.
