Lantana camara (Lantana) is a species of shrub in the family Verbenaceae. They are climbers. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to South America, The Neotropics, Puerto Rico, US Minor Outlying Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Central America. They have simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Luthrodes pandava pandava, Mexican Silverspot, Achlyodes pallida, and blue tiger. Individuals can grow to 2.6 m.
