Lithospermum caroliniense (Carolina Puccoon) is a species of perennial herb in the family Boraginaceae. They are native to The Contiguous United States, Canada, and North America. Flowers are visited by Spicebush swallowtail, Hobomok Skipper, Plebejus melissa samuelis, and Lon hobomok.
