Magnolia virginiana (Swamp Bay) is a species of tree in the family Magnoliaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to North America, United States, Florida, Eastern North America, and The Contiguous United States. They have simple, broad leaves and white flowers. Flowers are visited by Common Eastern Bumblebee, rove beetles, Eastern Tiger Swallowtail, and Arthromacra aenea. Individuals can grow to 60 feet.
