Acalypha fimbriata Schumach. & Thonn.

Very similar to Acalypha ciliata but consistently differing in the teeth of the female bracts, which are up to 1.5 mm long, falcate-lanceolate, curved at the apex, often lying alongside each other and almost contiguous.

Widespread in tropical Africa (including Mozambique) and northern South Africa.
