Xyris laxifolia (Laxleaf Yelloweyed Grass) is a species of perennial herb in the family Xyridaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to The Contiguous United States. They have simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Toxomerus floralis, Flower Flies, and Augochloropsis callichroa.
