Pinnularia divergens is a species of diatoms in the family Pinnulariaceae. They are native to Amazônia, Pará, GoiáS, Rio Grande Do Sul, Rio Grande Do Norte, and Paraná. Dead Pinnularia divergens form siliceous oozes.
