Chaetoceros danicus is a species of diatoms in the family Chaetocerotaceae. They are native to Pernambuco, Bahia, Rio De Janeiro, Paraná, SãO Paulo, Rio Grande Do Sul, and Rio Grande Do Norte. Dead Chaetoceros danicus form siliceous oozes.
