Halimeda incrassata is a species of chlorophytes in the family Halimedaceae. They are native to Espirito Santo, Ceará, Rio Grande Do Norte, Alagoas, Bahia, ParaíBa, and Pernambuco. Dead Halimeda incrassata form shallow marine sediments.
