Justicia brasiliana is a species of shrub in the family Acanthaceae. They are climbers. They are native to Rio Grande Do Sul, Distrito Federal, Rio De Janeiro, Mato Grosso Do Sul, Mata Atlântica, Santa Catarina, Paraná, SãO Paulo, and Minas Gerais. Flowers are visited by Gilded Hummingbird, Planalto Hermit, Violet-capped Woodnymph, and Scale-throated Hermit.
