Palafoxia arida (Desert Palafox) is a species of annual herb in the family Asteraceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to The Contiguous United States and North America. They have simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Dainty Sulphur, Honey bee, Vanessa cardui, and White-lined Sphinx.
