Annual herb, 10-50 cm, stem glabrous. Leaflets 9-17, oblong-obovate, truncate-emarginate, mucronate. Bract ligulate, c. 1 mm with purplish tip. Corolla yellow. 7-17 mm, Fruit 5-10 cm long, 3-5 mm broad, beak 1.5-3.0 cm long.
