O and I. Pycnia and aecia unknown.
Uredinia amphigenous, scattered, oval or oblong, small, 0.3-0.6 mm. long, punctiform, rather tardily naked, cinnamon-brown, somewhat pulverulent, ruptured epidermis conspicuous ; urediniospores broadly ellipsoid or obovoid, 15-22 by 19-26 ju; wall pale-yellow, about 1.5 ju thick, finely and moderately echinulate, the pores indistinct, 4, or sometimes 3, equatorial.
