Pycnia amphigenous, in scattered groups on discolored areas with aecia and telia, 1-3 mm. across, conspicuous, light-brown, flattened-globoid, 96-115 by 61-100 ju; ostiolar filaments sometimes agglutinated, 48-80 /x long; pycniospores colorless, oval, 1.5 by 3-4 /x.
