Pileus thin, depressed, 8 mm. broad; surface blackish-blue-green, glabrous; lamellae concolorous, broad, crowded, adnexed: stipe glabrous, dilated above, 12 mm. long.
Type locawtv: Cuba.
Habitat; On rotten wood in thickets.
Distribution: Known only from the type locality.
