Acanthaster planci (Crown Of Thorns Starfish) is a species of echinoderms in the family crown of thorns starfish. They are native to Pacific Ocean, The Nearctic, Asia, Australia, Ethiopia, Indian Ocean, and The Neotropics. They are solitary, diurnal carnivores. They have sexual reproduction. Reproduction is oviparous. They are slow moving animals.
