Dennstaedtia globulifera (Southern Hayscented Fern) is a species of perennial herb in the family Dennstaedtiaceae. They are native to Puerto Rico, Mato Grosso Do Sul, Pantanal, SãO Paulo, Ceará, Mata Atlântica, Rio De Janeiro, Santa Catarina, Bahia, Minas Gerais, The Contiguous United States, Rio Grande Do Sul, Paraná, and Pernambuco. They have bipinnate leaves. They have alternation of generations.
