Pityrogramma tartarea (Mountain Silver Back Fern) is a species of perennial herb in the family Pteridaceae. They are native to Cerrado, Distrito Federal, Minas Gerais, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico. They have bipinnate leaves. They have alternation of generations.
