Starfern

Hemionitis palmata (Starfern) is a species of perennial herb in the family Pteridaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Amazônia, Mato Grosso, Ceará, Pará, Alagoas, Pernambuco, Mata Atlântica, U.S. Virgin Islands, RondôNia, Puerto Rico, Bahia, and Sergipe. They have simple, broad leaves. They have alternation of generations.
