Myrica gale (Bog Myrtle) is a species of shrub in the family Myricaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Saint-Pierre Et Miquelon, The Contiguous United States, North America, Canada, Eastern North America, and Alaska. They have simple, broad leaves and blue flowers. Individuals can grow to 7 feet.
