Pilea inaequalis (West Indian Clearweed) is a species of perennial herb in the family Urticaceae. They are native to Espirito Santo, Minas Gerais, Puerto Rico, Amazônia, Paraná, Maranhao, Santa Catarina, Caatinga, Piauí, Pará, Bahia, SãO Paulo, Mata Atlântica, Rio De Janeiro, and U.S. Virgin Islands. They have achenes.
