Oxynoemacheilus insignis (Palestine Loach) is a species of ray-finned fishes in the family Nemacheilidae. They are listed as near threatened by IUCN. They are associated with freshwater habitat. Individuals can grow to 12.0 cm. They have sexual reproduction.
