Cirsium altissimum (Tall Thistle) is a species of biennial herb in the family Asteraceae. They are native to The Contiguous United States. They have achenes. Flowers are visited by Pseudopanurgus parvus, Eastern Babia, Pipiza femoralis, and Anatrytone logan.
