Gypsophila paniculata (Baby's Breath) is a species of perennial herb in the family carpetweeds. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are associated with freshwater habitat. They have simple, broad leaves and capsule fruit. Flowers are visited by Satyrium spini, Ornate Tailed Digger Wasp, and Honey bee. Individuals can grow to 0.75 m.
