Talipariti tiliaceum (Hau Tree) is a species of tree in the family mallows. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Pacific Basin excluding Hawaii and The Hawaiian Islands. They have simple, broad leaves and capsule fruit. Flowers are visited by Black Jacobin, Amazilia brevirostris, Violet-capped Woodnymph, and Amazilia fimbriata. Individuals can grow to 7.1 m.
