Ceanothus velutinus (Snowbrush Ceanothus) is a species of tree in the family Rhamnaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Western North America, Canada, The Americas, The Contiguous United States, and United States. They have simple, broad leaves, white flowers, and capsule fruit. Flowers are visited by Bombus vancouverensis nearcticus, Milbert's Tortoiseshell, Drasteria divergens, and Two Form Bumble Bee. Individuals can grow to 3.2 m.
