Phacelia palmeri.These were tall (2-3 feet), robust plants growing in very harsh conditions in thick biological soil crusts. April 27, 2002, SW corner of White Dome about 0.3 miles from the UT-AZ border, Washington County, Utah, approx. 2,770 ft. elev.
