Keuyeup nyaéta crustacea Decapoda ti infraordo Brachyura, nu dicirikeun ku ayana "buntut" anu pondok pisan (Basa Yunani: βραχύς / brachys = pondok,[2] οὐρά / οura = buntut[3]), atawa anu abdoménna nyumput handapeun toraks.[4]
