A small tree, 4 meters high, with reddish bark ; branches reddish, glabrous ; leaflets 5-11,
lanceolate, narrowed at base, acute, 3-5 cm. long, glabrous, entire, with more prominent
nerves beneath ; inflorescence 1 dm. long; pedicels 2-3 mm. long; drupes 6 mm. long.
Type locality : Eastern Cuba. Distribution : Cuba.
