Sedum muscoideum Rose, Bull. N. Y. Bot. Gard. 3 : 39. 1903
Perennial, with branching creeping stems. Leaves appressed, and closely set on the branches, minute, thickish, obtuse ; inflorescence much reduced, consisting of 1 or 2 sessile flowers at the ends of branches ; calyx-lobes obtuse, ovate, 1 mm. long ; corolla yellow; petals lanceolate, 3.5 cm. long, a little longer than the stamens.
Type locality : Arrihade Papalo, Oaxaca, Mexico. Distribution : Known only from the type locality.
