Polytaenium citrifolium (Treetrunk Fern) is a species of perennial herb in the family Pteridaceae. They are native to Puerto Rico, Amazônia, Rio De Janeiro, Bahia, Acre (Brazil), SãO Paulo, Pernambuco, Pará, Mata Atlântica, Santa Catarina, and Mato Grosso. They have simple leaves. They have alternation of generations.
