Persicaria thunbergii (Sieb. & Zucc.) H. Gross

Persicaria thunbergii is a species of annual herb in the family Polygonaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to South America. They have simple leaves and achene. Flowers are visited by Calliphora grahami, Menida violacea, Dolichopus nitidus, and Lucilia. Individuals can grow to 0.2 m.
