Architeuthis dux (Atlantic Giant Squid) is a species of cephalopods in the family giant squids. They are native to Pacific Ocean, Indian Ocean, Arctic Ocean, and Atlantic Ocean. Dead Atlantic Giant Squid form shallow marine sediments. Individuals can grow to 1084 mm.
