Olfersia cervina (Woodland Island Fern) is a species of perennial herb in the family wood ferns. They are climbers. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Paraná, Pará, Cerrado, Amazônia, Puerto Rico, Rio Grande Do Sul, Santa Catarina, Mato Grosso Do Sul, Mato Grosso, Mata Atlântica, Rio De Janeiro, GoiáS, Bahia, SãO Paulo, Espirito Santo, and Minas Gerais. They have compound, broad leaves. They have alternation of generations.
