Piper cuatrecasasii (Spiked Pepper) is a species of tree in the family Piperaceae. They are climbers. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to West Indies, Brazil, Argentina, and Mexico. They have simple, broad leaves. Individuals can grow to 9.1 m.
