Cleidothaerus albidus is a species of mussels in the family Cleidothaeridae. They are native to Tasman Sea, Australian Exclusive Economic Zone, Coral Sea, Bass Strait, Great Australian Bight, and New Zealand Exclusive Economic Zone. Dead Cleidothaerus albidus form shallow marine sediments. They have sexual reproduction.
