Ranunculus sceleratus (Cursed Buttercup) is a species of annual herb in the family Ranunculaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Alaska, Canada, and The Contiguous United States. They have simple, broad leaves, yellow flowers, and achenes. Flowers are visited by flame shoulder, Bat MERS-like coronavirus, Marmalade hoverfly, and Metopina oligoneura. Individuals can grow to 2 feet.
