Ficaria verna (Lesser Celandine) is a species of perennial herb in the family Ranunculaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They have simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Small tortoiseshell, small skipper, Boloria euphrosyne, and Parasyrphus annulatus. Individuals can grow to 0.05 m.
