Hymenophyllum fucoides (Graceful Filmy Fern) is a species of perennial herb in the family filmy-ferns. They are native to Minas Gerais, Rio Grande Do Sul, AmazôNia, Rio De Janeiro, SãO Paulo, Mata Atlântica, Espirito Santo, Paraná, Puerto Rico, and Santa Catarina. They have bipinnate + pinnatifid leaves. They have alternation of generations.
