Castilleja coccinea (Scarlet Indian Paintbrush) is a species of annual herb in the family Orobanchaceae. They are native to The Contiguous United States, Canada, and Eastern North America. They have red flowers. Flowers are visited by Calliopsis coloradensis, Typocerus badius, Cheilosia capillata, and Leionotus scrophulariae. Individuals can grow to 1.6 feet.
