Scrophularia lanceolata (American Figwort) is a species of perennial herb in the family Scrophulariaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to The Contiguous United States and Canada. They have simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Anthophora urbana, Fernald Cuckoo Bumble Bee, Parancistrocerus pedestris, and Southern Yellowjacket. Individuals can grow to 1.3 m.
