Ageratina occidentalis (Western Snakeroot) is a species of perennial herb in the family Asteraceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to The Contiguous United States. They have simple, broad leaves and achenes. Flowers are visited by Argynnis egleis, Plebejus anna, and Tharsalea heteronea.
