Ageratum houstonianum (Bluemink) is a species of annual herb in the family Asteraceae. They are associated with freshwater habitat. They are native to The Neotropics. They have magenta flowers and achenes. Flowers are visited by Apis cerana, Xylocopa tranquebarorum, Syrphid fly, and Parantica aglea.
