Spirillininid foraminifera, test discoidal to conical, composed of early spherical portion proloculus followed by a non-septate tubular chamber, planispirally or trocho-spirally enrolled; aperture at open end of the tube. Reproduction gamontogamic; all nuclei of agamont stage identical; in shallow waters.
